Delete Your Seam AI Account

This page is for Seam AI — TryOn Outfits (developer: Seam AI / Aura AI). You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

How to request account deletion

Choose any of the options below:

  1. In the app: Open Seam AI → Settings (Profile tab) → scroll to Delete Account → confirm twice.
  2. On this website: Sign in below with the same method you use in the app (email, Google, or Apple), then confirm deletion.
  3. By email: Send "Account Deletion Request" from your account email to [email protected]. We process requests within 30 days.

Data deleted when you delete your account

When deletion completes, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile and account information (name, email, avatar, preferences)
  • All wardrobe items and uploaded clothing photos
  • Saved outfits, outfit calendar entries, and AI-generated outfit suggestions
  • Virtual try-on history, generated try-on images, and Style DNA data
  • Discover activity, saved posts, follows, and community posts you created
  • Chat history with the AI stylist and token usage records tied to your account
  • Authentication credentials stored in our database (Supabase Auth)

Data that may be retained

  • Try-on processing images: Temporary photos used only during virtual try-on generation are deleted after processing (typically within minutes), even before account deletion.
  • Subscription and payment records: Apple App Store and Google Play maintain their own purchase history. Deleting your Seam AI account does not remove those records. Cancel subscriptions separately (see below).
  • Legal and security logs: Where required by law (including traffic/IP logs for hosting obligations), we retain minimal network and security records for 1–2 years, then delete or anonymize them. These logs are not erased solely because you delete your account.
  • Aggregated analytics: Non-identifiable, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained.

Active subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel separately through:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Seam AI
  • Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Seam AI
